He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kelly (Steacy); his children, Ann McNamara (Mike) of Kingston, Nancy Graham (Steve) of North Gower, Kenneth Kelly of Kingston, Jeff Kelly (Sue) of Brockville, Debra Montgomery (Rick) of Augusta, Kim Hewitt (Shawn) of Lyn, Jackie Amirault (Peter) of Brockville and Thomas Kelly (Kelli) of Lyn; and his grandchildren, Leanne, Christine, MacKenzie, Brandon, Micheal, Shelvia, Missy, Robert, Tara, Gary, Kaitlyn, Lindsey, Brooke, Devin, Emily, Connor and Emma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In memory of Fred donations to the Canadian Cancer Society for Prostate Cancer would be greatly appreciated by the family.
