She was predeceased by: her father David Wade; her grandparents, Ken Bigalow and Dorothy Wade; her aunts, Holly Wade and Donna Fox; and her uncle Chuck Moore.

She is survived by: her mother Cindy Moore; her stepfather Rick Moore; her sisters, Shannon Parkinson (Matt) and Rachel Wade (Dan); her niece Madison Parkinson; her nephew Brayden Parkinson (Many); and her grandmother Denise Bigalow (Alena Forbes). She is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
