It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Howe (Brockville, Ontario), who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Irene Lester (Clarence McNamara) of England; her husbands, Ralph Mervin Bowen and Roy Blake Howe; and her sons, Michael William Bowen of Brockville, Kerry Shawn Bowen (Diane) of Brockville and Steven Blake Howe (Rachael) of Prescott. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, close friends.
