He was predeceased by: his wife Dianne Warren; his parents, George Warren and Beverley Warren; and his father-in-law William Bond. He is survived by: his daughter Tania (Andy); his grandchildren, Caleb, Colby and Chloe; his great grandchild Hudson; his siblings, Roger Warren (Daryl) and Judy Warren; his mother-in-law Eleanor Bond; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Bond (Vicky) and Kathy Countryman (Steve).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brockville General Hospital Foundation - Palliative Care Unit in Doug's name.
