With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Robert Blair of Brockville, Ontario, born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on September 9, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwendalyn Blair and Robert Blair. He is survived by: his wife Christina; his children, Jill Johnson (Wayne), Wendy Langlands (John) and Jeff Blair (Paula); and his siblings, Bernard Blair (Helen), Ralph Blair and Margaret Blair. He is also survived by six grandchildren.

The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Senior Support Services (CPHC) Senior Meal Program to continue the great care they provide to the local community.
