She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Phelan and Hazel Phelan; her brother Jim Phelan; and her son Brian Lee. She is survived by: her friend Angela.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Francis Xavier Cemetery (1530 Lyn Rd, Brockville, ON K6V5T3).
