He was predeceased by: his stepchild Laurie Ann Miller; and his parents, Percy Norcott and Lilian Norcott (Shatford). He is survived by: his wife Hattie Norcott (Houghtaling); his children, Cathy Jackson (late Richard) of Brockville, David Norcott of Ottawa and Carol Norcott (Andrew) of Florida; and his stepchildren, Tracey Laird-Bray (Mike) of Brockville and John Laird (Karen) of Brockville.

In memory of David, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
