Corrie Brunsting Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Corrie Brunsting of Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Brunsting; her parents, Teunis Mudde and Christine Mudde; her brothers, Bram and Bert; and her sister-in-law Gerda.
She is survived by: her children, Jake Brunsting (Arlene) of Ottawa, Theo Brunsting (Sandy) of Guelph, Andrew Brunsting (Renee) of Brockville, Christine Johnston (Lyle) of Roebuck, Raymond Brunsting (Andrea) of Waterloo and Jessica Friendship (Bill) of Kingston; her siblings, Martin Mudde (Wilma), Joe Mudde (Jacquie), Jack Mudde (Anne), Audrey Bruining (Wiepo), Christine Vandermeer (Neil) and Ron Duprey (Denise); and her grandchildren, Melissa, Shawn, Terri, Matt, Joe, Laura, Kevin, James, Jodie, Tim, Lisa, Drew, Jacob, David, Reuben, Kara, Brenden, Parker, Sawyer, Cooper and Payton. She is also survived by 23 great grand-children and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church (117 Windsor Dr, Brockville, ON K6V3H7).
Memorial donations to the Brockville Food Bank or Salvation Army will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
