She was predeceased by: her significant other McNamee; her parents, Kenneth Fowlie and Madeline Fowlie (Driscoll); and her brothers, Charles, James and Peter.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen of Regina, David of Toronto, Nathan (Nicole) of Brockville and Justin of Brockville; her grandchildren, Jada and Carter; her sisters, Augusta Montain of Ottawa and Mary Elizabeth Twigg of Belleville; and also Marilyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be Celebrated at St. John Bosco Parish, 175 Windsor Drive, Brockville on Saturday June 3rd, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In memory of Cathey donations to Brockville & District Hospital Foundation to help support the purchase of an MRI machine would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
