He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Heather Topping (Dave) and Harry Foley (Mike); his sibling Brooke Foley; and his grandparents, Sandra Topping (late Dave) and Shirley McIntyre. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Donations to the Ontario SPCA in honour of Blane's love for animals will be gratefully acknowledged.
