The passing of Anna Hoogveld (Brockville, Ontario) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 75. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Maya Spence; and her siblings, Chris Schouten, Gerrit Schouten, Gerda Windmoller, Joe Schouten, Ben Schouten and Edith Lippens.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore Hoogveld (Ted); her daughters, Anita Spence (Dale Armstrong) and Teresa Gataveckas (Eugene); her grandchildren, Malcolm Spence, Lukas Gataveckas and Lee Fox; and her sister Wilhelmina Bader (Peter). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irvine Memorial Chapel (2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON K0E1P0). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care program would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
