Arie Geurkink Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2020, at the age of 87, Arie Geurkink (Brinston, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Johan Geurkink and Hendrika Geurkink (Bosman); his son Fred; his grandson Benjamin; his siblings, Grace, Henry and Johanna Westervelt; and his sister-in-law Coral Geurkink.

He is survived by: his spouse Janny; his children, Jack Geurkink (Diane), Nancy De Jong (John), Ray Geurkink (Angela), Michael Geurkink (Catherine) and Shawn Geurkink (Gislaine); his brother John Geurkink; and his brother-in-law Gerrit Westervelt. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
