It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Bowles of Brighton, Ontario, born in Amherst, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Lindsay Bowles of Brighton, ON; her sons, Steven Bowles (Anastasia) of Ashton Station, ON and Gregory Bowles (Tracy) of Ottawa, ON; her siblings, Jean Cameron of Amherst, NS, Carol Bzdel (Leonard) of Saskatoon, SK, Dorothy Smith (Daniel) of Truemanville, NS and Raymond Trueman (Jane) of Truemanville, NS; her siblings-in-law, Karleton Bowles (Carol) of Russell, ON, Curtis Bowles of Renfrew, ON and Susan McCulloch of Surrey, BC; and her grandchildren, Matthias, Nathanael, Diana, Cecilia, Emily, James and John-Paul. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
