She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Whitton and Kathreen Whitton (Murray); her husband James Joseph 'Jim' MacKenzie; her daughter Maureen Avola of Brighton; and her grandchildren, Nicole Goldberg (Jeremy) and Mathew.
