He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Smith and Mary Smith (Imber) of Duncan, Ontario.. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Weller); his daughter-in-law Yu Jung Lee; his sons, Lucius Jihu, Mark Giju and Benjamin Asa (family: Sarah Morris, Duncan McKenzie Morris Smith); his brothers, Lionel and Harvey; his siblings-in-law, Shirley and Brenda; his nieces and nephews, Laurie Whitelaw, Sheri Epoch, Garry Shaw, Tracy Smith, Tricia Smith and Graham Smith; and his sister Lois Thompson.
