He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxmilian Urban and Milada (Hedrich); his wife Anna (Erben); and his daughter Monika Quinlan. He is survived by: his grandson Chris Quinlan (Lesley); his great grandchild Katherine; his son-in-law Ken Quinlan of Ottawa; and his siblings, Elisabeth, Inge and Peter.
