We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020, at the age of 68, John Matthysse (Brighton, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pieternella Matthysse (Pat) and Adrian; his siblings, Elizabeth DeVries (Andy), Kathy Nogle (Doug), Wilma Simpson (Rob), Peter Matthysse (Doreen) and Sylvia Rorabeck (Kelvin); his wife Heather (Wilson); his children, Adrian, Amy (Jeff), Ashley (Dalton) and Adam (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Alora, Hunter, Malcolm, Dustin, Carter, Kolton, Kayden and Charlie.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will take place, and Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
