He is survived by: his spouse Emmie Voskamp; his children, Debby Voskamp of Ottawa, Richard Voskamp (Natasha) of Brighton, Ronald Voskamp (Anna) of Kingston and Anthony Voskamp (Melanie) of Brighton; and his brothers, John and Harry. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
