He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Jobin and James Jobin; his wife Olive; his siblings, Elizabeth "Betty" Ellis and James Jobin; and his daughter Joanne Kerr.

He is survived by: his sister Josephine "Chick"; his children, Frank Jr. (Gina Stewart), Nadine (Jeff Godier), Patricia Hanna (late Ron Hanna), Carol (Gene Snow) and Christine (Jim Walterhouse); and his son-in-law Colin Snow. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
