He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Ainsworth (Jerry). He is survived by: his mother Ruth Black; his stepfather Gordon Black; his siblings, Glen Ainsworth (Dianne), Deborah Rowbotham (Carl), Shelley Petherick (Blake), Tammy Ainsworth (Dave) and Christine Morton (Wade); his children, Tammy Stewart, Jordan Hamilton (Brittany) and Jenna Hamilton (Anthony); his grandchildren, Dylan, Emily, Jasmine, Haidyn and Mila; and his friend Jill Hamilton. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
