He is survived by: his spouse Liliya; his children, William and Taras Kulmatycky; and his siblings, Mary, Steve (Beth) and Elizabeth (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Memorial donations to Juravinski Cancer Centre Foundation in William's memory would be appreciated by the family.
