He was predeceased by: his former wife MaryLou. He is survived by: his wife Carole Hendershot; his daughter Judith Dugas (Rick); his granddaughters, Elizabeth Thorsen (Cole) and Siobhan Pagett (James); his great grandchild Violet Pagett; and his sisters-in-law, Lynda Shannon and Marva Usher (late Ralph).
