He is survived by: his wife Ann Hoy; his daughter Melissa Alexandra Hoy; and his brothers, Phil Hoy (Bonnie) of Fletcher, John Hoy of Chatham, Richard Hoy (late Henny) of Chatham and Robert Hoy of Toronto.
