We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2019, Sylvester Kurzawski (Brantford, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Patricia; his children, Christopher Osuch (Teresa Morris) and Tina Osuch (Henry); and his grandchildren, Miranda Finkelstein (David), Joshua and Jessica Osuch. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Donations may be made in memory of Jan to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
