He is survived by: his significant other Lauren LaForme (Babe); his children, Holly Beazley and Shelley Miles (Steve); his stepchildren, Laurie Sault (Eric), Kristen Cragg, Juliana Gaukel (Craig) and Ryan Herkimer; his children, Adam, Lucas, Noah, Lindsey, Nykolyna, Hali, Dayna, Michael, Joshua, Liam, Marek and Camryn; and his siblings, John Gamble (Sally), Patricia May and Kathy Blue (late Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
