He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fazekas and Dorothy Fazekas (Fullard); his brothers, Brian and Mike; and his sister-in-law Marianne.

He is survived by: his children, Brittany, Tyler and Jennifer Fazekas; the mother of his children Sherri Leween; his daughter Susie Morash; and his siblings, Gary (Jane), Paul (Melanie), John (Peg), Vic, Joe (Sue), Sue (Jeff), Dave and Allison. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several cousins.
