He was predeceased by: his parents, William'Bill'Sr Sawkins and Nancy Sawkins. He is survived by: his close friend Brenda Woods; his children, John, Cathrine and Jason; his grandchildren, Emily, Connor, Logan, Lexi, Rowan and Avery; and his siblings, Bill Jr. (Liza), Tammy (Jim) and Patricia.
