He was predeceased by: his parents, James McGill and Doris McGill; and his granddaughter Melissa. He is survived by: his spouse Rosette (Wybouw); his children, Luanne Ashe (Robert), Teresa McGill (Petro Oh), Karen Bowen (Jamie), Adrienne McGill and Cameron McGill (Helder Gomes); and his siblings, Larry (Mona) and Carol Golding. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations to Rural Life Mission, and Brantford School of Instrumental Music.
