He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Bacon; and his brothers, Ted Haydon and Scott Bacon. He is survived by: his children, Doug Bacon (Lisa), Jeff Bacon and Christina Antonowicz (Michael); his grandchildren, Johnathan, Hailey (Marco), Cassie (Kurtis), Izabella (Dylan), Hannah (Matt), Katrina (Jayson), Willow and Mckenna Mackie; and his siblings, Carol Ann Conlin, Jim Haydon, Jane Tiffin, Chuck Bacon, Linda Snelgrove, Eva Blenkinsop and Rose Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
