He was predeceased by: his siblings, Adalgisa Palazzo and Concettina Pappani; and his sibling-in-law Biagio Anniballi. He is survived by: his spouse Maria Antoinetta; his children, Angelo Bowen (Jennifer) and Giuseppe "Joe"; his siblings, Luigi Pappani (Nardina), Albina Pucci (Antonio), Antonio Pappani (Elena), Mario Palazzo, Dola Di Maddalena (Bruno) and Adelio Pappani; and his siblings-in-law, Lucia Anniballi, Michelina Zeppa (Rocco), Anna Anniballi, Theresa Di Vizio (Michelle) and Maria Zurlo (Donato). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations will be greatly accepted in Leonardo's name to the St. Joseph's Lifecare Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
