He was predeceased by: his parents, John Givens and Doris Givens. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Dianna, Bryanna and Bobbie-Jo; and his siblings, Garry (Margie), Johnny (Cathy) and Sharon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
