He was predeceased by: his wife Violet; and his siblings, Shirley, Don, Bruce, Glen and Vic.

He is survived by: his children, Curtis (Barbara) and Miriam (Paul); his grandchildren, Ashley (Isa), Lauren (Chad), Marley (Josh), Mackenzie (Rachel) and William (Tayya); and his great grandchildren, Atlas, Isla, Emerson, Gabriel, Samuel, Maddie, Eli and Violet.

He was a long-time member and supporter of Central Baptist Church, Brantford, and would wish any donations in his memory to be made to Central Baptist Academy.
