He was predeceased by: his parents, Willem and Bernadina; and his siblings, Riki and John. He is survived by: his wife Jane (Vandenberk); his children, Mark, Mandy (Batte), James, Alisha (Hill), Robert, Chris, Dianna (Clarke), Emily and Tom Blake; his grandchildren, Charlie, Joey, Johnny of Maggie, MJ, Molly, Sophia, Joseph, Vander, Lita and Felix; and his siblings, Ben, Bill, Annie, Gerry, Diny, Harold and Theo.
Any donations in memory of Joe can be directed to "ARTC", the Adult Recreation Therapy Centre in Brantford, who gave joy and care to Joe as well.
