With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Nicholson (Brantford, Ontario), born in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 1, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nicholson and Hazel Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Marian Nicholson; his stepchildren, Cindy Clark (Dave), Ron Thornberry, Brenda Thornberry, Barb Kinsella (Steve), Deb Thornberry and Bill Thornberry; his grandchildren, Kelly, Cheryl, Kyle, Patrick, Shawna, Avalon, Shay, Kaitlyn, Rachel, Doug, Jake, Aiden and Noah; his sister Ann Rich; his nieces, Kathy and Gwen; and his nephew Andrew.
