It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Bernice Simon (Brantford, Ontario), who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her son Paul; her parents, Malcolm Wilson and Mary Wilson; and her siblings, Malcolm, Walter, Joseph, Bernard, Florence Richardson, Marie Walters and Jean Grundy.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia McLeod, Mary, Michael and Jane Drehmer (Brian); her grandsons, Zachary, Dalton and Connor; her stepgrandchildren, Theresa, Allison, Josh of Paris and Christine of Brantford; her friend Madge Walkinson; and her pet Oliver. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as her extended family.
