He is survived by: his spouse Kay (Moore); and his children, Vicky Spence (Doug), Brian Hurley, Teresa Van Pypen (Tony), Kim Hurley and Tina Hurley. He is also survived by grandchildren, and eight cherished great-grandchildren.
