He was predeceased by: his spouse Vera; and his daughter Sue. He is survived by: his children, Kimble (Clare) and Mona (Gert); his grandchildren, Heidi, Alisa, Talia, Andrew, Maggie, Michael and Mark; his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Nicholas, Lucas and Tristan; and his sister Elly (Erik).
