He was predeceased by: his parents, Barb and Gerry; and his grandparents, Norma, Gordon Shay, Ariel and Ern Pusey.
He is survived by: his children, Shayla, Cody, Thomas and Cassie; and his siblings, Todd (Sandra) and Chris.
