He is survived by: his in-laws, Marian and Anna Fernandez; his siblings, Theresa Fernandes, Maurice, Anthony and Philomena Mendonca; his wife Patricia; his daughters, Paula (Rob), Nilla and Pearl; his granddaughter Sierra; his pet José; his siblings, Christina Rosario (late Joaquim) and Walter Mendonca (Joan); his brother-in-law John Fernandes; his cousin Ida Luke (late George); and his siblings-in-law, Esmeralda Wallis (late Nicholas), Leo Fernandez (Martina) and Tony Fernandez (Theresa).
In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the PSP Society of Canada and/or the Alzheimer's Society of Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton and Halton.
