She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Riggs and Mary Riggs (Paul Bell Sr.); and her son Paulie Bell. She is survived by: her husband Paul Burt; her daughters, Jeani Smiley (Paul) and Cathy Colling (Todd); her grandchildren, Karlee, Shane (Michele), Cody, Kassie, Jenna, Katie, Jordan and Taylor (Chris); her great grandchildren, Bentley and Camden; her sister Joanne Claps; her sister-in-law Phyllis Clements; her daughter-in-law Donna Burt; and also, Johnny Bell (Karen) and Paul Burt.
