He was predeceased by: his parents, George Herbert and May (Monkman); and his siblings, Leta Hann (Norm), Marion Rook (Art), Marjorie Harrington (David), Arthur, George, Bruce (Bernice), Donald (Dorothy) and Roland (Shirley).
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Sabine), Shawn (Debbie) and Tammy Harrington (Peter Rothwell); and his grandchildren, Shelby and Nathaniel.
In lieu of flowers, donation in Gord's memory are appreciated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada and the Arthritis Society.
