He is survived by: his children, Jen Ford and Mark; his grandchildren, Isaac, Owen, Sydney and Leah; his siblings, Tom (Maryanne), Brian, Diane Laurentino (Dave) and Dave (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Tom Mitchell, Mike Mitchell, Alyssa Laurentino, Matthew Laurentino, Kaitlyn Mitchell and Rachel Mitchell.
