We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2019, Frances Minns (Brantford, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Shari Tessaro (Raymond), Ralph Minns (Marlene), Sue Lichota (Richie), Theresa Lichota (Dan) and Lori Couillard (Willie); and her grandson Andrew Dow.
In lieu of flowers, donation in Frances' memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
