He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Marguerite. He is survived by: his wife Verna; his sister Joan Bingleman (Leo); his children, Karen Witty (Darwin) and Neal Miller (Sue); his stepchildren, April Soltau (Rod), Brad Adams (Heather) and Amber Bootsma (Brad); his grandchildren, Janice and Paul (Mallorie); his stepgrandchildren, Sydney, Noelle, Grace and Molly; and his great grandchildren, Eloise and Cora. He is also survived by many extended family, neighbours, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the McCleister Funeral Home (495 Park Rd N, Brantford, ON N3R7K8).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Jerseyville United Church, or a charity of your choice in Doug's name would be appreciated.
