She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Creasy and Evelyn Creasy; her stepfather Vern Hughes; her husband George Frederick Meadows; her former husband Bill Butterworth; and her sisters, Donna Miller (Bob) and Diane Forde.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Wehrstein, Carol Taylor (Jim), Dawn Butterworth-Nunn (Chris) and Dufferin Hinch (Crystal); her grandchildren, Darryl (Farrah), Lindsay (Jeff), Corey (Chris), Trevor (Beka), Carson, Dayna (Andrew), Celia (Carrington), Natalie (Mike), Owen, Ryan, Sarah (Paul), Claire (Holly), Cody and Jessica (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Cole, Aidan, Adam, Elleda, Miles, Nico, Harper and Charlie.
