He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, David A. (Tara), Leslie Butler (Joe), Neil Simpson (Cathy) and Tracy MacMillan (Jeff); his grandchildren, Cole (Bailee), Bailey, Madison, Nolan (Jessie), Alaina, Britney, Amber, Stuart, Reece and Amy; and his siblings, Audrey Bolton (Roy), Jim (Linda), Larry (Carol), Betty Kopczyk (Richard) and Rod (Bea). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of David can be made to the Stedman Community Hospice.
