He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Matthew, Daniel, Jakob and Ariana; his mother Susan Bishop; his uncle Russ Bishop (Gwen); his brothers, Jeff, Darren (Andrea) and Dan (Katie); and his siblings-in-law, Wendy (Paul), Steven and Cynthia (Ryan). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the "The Living Rock Resources Hamilton" or "Canadian Association of Mental Health" will be appreciated by the family.
