She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; and her parents, Nicholas Poullos and Sarah Poullos. She is survived by: her children, Tim Hunter (Liz), Vicki Cormier (Wence), Jane Bragg (Ed), Kim Slaght (Scott) and Chris Hipkin (late Jon). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Donations may be made in memory of Connie to the Parkinson's Foundation of Canada.
