He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his son Rick; and his brothers, Alcide and Pat. He is survived by: his children, Frank (Shelley), Debbie Stewart (Doug), Diane Kristalovich and Michelle (Scott). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
