He was predeceased by: his daughter Mirella; his son-in-law John Tufford; his parents, Vincenzo and Anna; and his siblings, Domenica (late Bernardo), Carolina (late Francesco), Ada (Berardo), Giuseppi (Palma) and Giulio (Assunta).
He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his children, Maria Nyyssonen (Jay) and Frank (Danielle); his grandchildren, Emily, Isaac, Isabella and Caleb; and his sisters, Carina Pietrini (late Vincenzo) and Mafalda DiBernardo (Dolfino). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Toll Funeral Home (55 Charing Cross St, Brantford, ON N3R2H4). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Alzheimer Society are appreciated by the family.
